Complete HVAC Execution Services
MIIE manages the complete HVAC execution lifecycle—from procurement and supply to on-site installation, testing, and commissioning. We specialize in chiller plants, VRF/VRV systems, mechanical ventilation, and custom ductwork, precise to the exact designs provided by your project consultant or architect.
Beyond commissioning, our comprehensive AMC / CAMC Services ensure sustained optimal performance through preventive and corrective maintenance. For streamlined project execution, HVAC work can also be seamlessly integrated with our complete MEP Services—Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting—under a single contract.
Central Cooling System
Chiller Plant Systems
MIIE installs chiller plant systems for large commercial and industrial facilities where centralized cooling is required. Installation covers chiller units, primary and secondary chilled-water piping, pumps, and cooling towers, coordinated with the electrical and plumbing teams on site.
Every chiller plant is load-tested and performance-verified against the design brief before commissioning, so the system delivers rated capacity from day one.
Zoned Cooling System
VRF / VRV Systems
Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) systems give buildings zone-by-zone temperature control, and MIIE installs these systems for offices, retail spaces, and mid-sized commercial buildings where a centralized chiller plant isn’t required.
Installation includes outdoor and indoor unit placement, refrigerant piping, and controls integration, followed by refrigerant charge verification and system commissioning.
Air Movement & Fresh Air Systems
Ventilation Systems
Ventilation installation covers exhaust systems and pressurization systems that keep indoor air quality within design parameters — particularly important for hospitals, basements, and high-occupancy commercial spaces. Air Handling Units, which condition the air moved by these systems, are covered as their own dedicated service below.
MIIE installs exhaust fans, pressurization fans, and associated ductwork, and verifies air change rates against the specification before handover.
Air Handling Equipment
Air Handling Units (AHU)
Air Handling Units sit between the chiller or VRF system and the ductwork, conditioning and circulating air across a floor or zone — HAPL supplies, installs, and services AHUs as a dedicated scope, separate from the ventilation and ducting work built around them.
Installation covers AHU placement, chilled-water or refrigerant coil connections, filter sections, and motor/fan assembly, with airflow and coil performance verified before the unit is handed over.
Air Distribution
Ducting Solutions
Ducting carries conditioned air from chillers, VRF units, and AHUs to occupied spaces, and MIIE fabricates and installs sheet-metal and pre-insulated ductwork routed to the architectural and HVAC design.
Duct runs are pressure-tested and air-balanced across outlets before a system is signed off, so temperature and airflow reach every zone as designed.
Performance Verification
Testing & Commissioning
Testing and commissioning is the final stage of every HVAC installation, and MIIE treats it as a distinct service in its own right rather than a formality before handover. Chillers, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, and ducting are each verified against the design brief — checking capacity, refrigerant charge, air-change rates, and duct pressure — before a system is signed off as ready for occupancy.
Commissioning is documented and shared with the client’s consultant, giving a verified record of performance that also becomes the baseline for future AMC servicing.
