Electrical Services
MIIE’s electrical services cover power distribution, lighting, and life-safety wiring for commercial and industrial buildings. Work spans LT (Low Tension) and HT (High Tension) panel installation, distribution board (DB) wiring, cable laying and termination, lighting circuits, and earthing systems — installed to specifications set by the client’s electrical consultant.
Every installation is followed by load testing and circuit verification before handover, so distribution systems are confirmed safe and functional under actual operating conditions.

Plumbing Services
Plumbing services at MIIE cover water supply, drainage, and sewage systems for commercial and industrial facilities — from internal water distribution and pipe network installation to sewage and waste-water drainage systems, sanitary fixture installation, and pump room execution.
Systems are pressure-tested and flow-verified before handover, and coordinated with the electrical and fire fighting teams on site to avoid clashes in shared service shafts and ceiling voids.
Fire Fighting & Fire Protection Services
Fire Fighting Services
MIIE installs fire fighting and fire protection systems in line with the relevant provisions of the National Building Code of India — including sprinkler systems, hydrant networks, fire pumps, and fire alarm and detection systems, for hotels, hospitals, offices, and shopping malls.
Fire fighting work is treated as life-safety infrastructure: every system is flow-tested and commissioned against code requirements before a facility is signed off as compliant
